■ Vacuum Hot Press
In prototype and mass production using vacuum hot pressing, we can press without adhesives, allowing us to better utilize the inherent properties of the materials. (Note: We can also accommodate laminated products with adhesives.)
- We have a large number of pressing machines, capable of handling various sizes and temperatures.
- There are pressing machines installed in a cleanroom environment.
■ Resin Coating on Metal Foil
Although we operate in a contract processing format, we can combine "metal foil + high-temperature treatment."
- Our coating drying oven can handle temperatures up to 260°C, allowing for the drying of high-boiling point solvents.
- We can also accommodate polyimide coating with a high-temperature curing oven that can handle up to 400°C.
